If you would like to skip one or more shipments temporarily: Log into your My Account page, click the ‘Pause Plan’ button located under your active subscription and select on the pop-up box how many quarters you would like to skip.
If you would like to stop all of your shipments permanently: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your My Account page.
- Log into your My Account
- Locate and click the ‘Cancel Plan’ link in the Manage Account section.
That’s it! No need to call or e-mail anyone. Once you cancel your subscription you won’t be billed again, though you will still receive any quarterly/monthly boxes for which you’ve already paid.
